The Morning After

I took this picture the morning after the eclipse. I opened my front door and was greeting with this view so I rushed to get my camera before the moon disappeared behind the mountains.

I took this about 9:00pm, just when the eclipse was starting. I tried to get a shot when the moon was orange but couldn't get a decent picture. This photo hasn't been retouched at all.

Going For The Gold (and silver)

Kevin was at a tournament on Saturday (16th) and got a Gold medal for individual kata and a Silver medal for team kata.

Bald Is Beautiful

Several staff and students at Valley Central School had their heads shaved or hair cut for wigs in support of Cancer patients. Together they raised over $7,000.00.

Here is another Photoshop collage. After the Grading last spring, they mugged for the camera. By the way, Kevin got his 2nd Level Brown Belt then. This spring he will try for his Level 1.
